Little Groovers Heat Pack • Large Floral Pattern

Our Little Groover Heat Packs are a smaller size measuring 15cm x 15cm , which makes them perfect for little groovers sore bellies, growing pains or even just for warmth, They only need 30 seconds to a minute in the microwave, with a drop or two of your favourite essential oil prior to heating, you’ll have a beautiful aroma when heated.

Our heat packs are also amazing cold packs they target pain & swelling, all you need to do is pop it in the freezer and get it out when you need!

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the heat pack in the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute, with a cup of water.
