All you have to do is mail us your hospital blanket(s)and 6-8 items of clothing . We will then turn them into the cutest weighted keepsake bear & post it back to you! 

If you wish to have your keepsake friend embroidered please make sure you pick the correct options and you check all spelling prior to checking out. If you want name, DOB, time and weight please add it to the message bar. if its not added we will automatically assume you don't want embroidery.
